Ingredients: walnut leaves – Juglans regia L., Juglandaceae family.
Action: astringent, bacteriostatic, hypoglycemic, diarrheal, anti-rheumatic, slightly hypotensive.
Application: traditionally in treating gastrointestinal inflammation, hyperglycemia, depurative.
Preparation: Infusion. A cup of boiling water is poured over 1 teaspoon product is covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain. Drink as is or sweeten to taste.
Administration: 2-3 cups a day.
