Ingredients: leaves of stinging nettle Urtica dioica L., syn. Major Urtica Fuchs., Family Labiatae.
Action: general tonic, vitaminizant and minerals, it depurative.
Application: Traditionally the symptomatic treatment of mild joint pain in the prevention of anemia states, in stimulating the kidney as an adjuvant in urinary- difficulties prostatic origin.
Freparation: Infusion. Pour a cup of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons nettle leaves, cover 10 minutes, strain and drink at room temperature.
Administration: 2-3 cups per day.
