Ingredients: fruit juniper – Juniperus communis L., fam. Cupressaceae.
Action: antiseptic, diuretic, carminative, stomachic, tonic, antirheumatic.
Application: traditionally in kidney and urinary, swelling, fermentation colitis, flatulence, rheumatism.
Preparation: Infusion. A cup of boiling water is poured over 1 teaspoon of fruit, cover 10-15 minutes, strain and consumed at room temperature.
Administration : 1 cup, to drink during the day.
