Ingredients: Fennel fruits – Foeniculum vulgare Mill., Fam. Apiaceae.
Action: carminative, stomachic, bactericidal, expectorant, diuretic, tonic, anthelmintic, aromatic.
Application: traditionally flatulence, colic – especially in children, anorexia, digestive disorders, asthma, coughs various etiologies, intestinal parasites, breastfeeding, spice.
Preparation: Infusion. A cup of boiling water is poured over 1/2 teaspoon fruit, cover 10-15 minutes, strain and consumed at room temperature.
Administration : 2 cups / day before meal.
