Ceai de coriandru – Coriandri Fructus

Ingredients: Coriander fruits – Coriandrum sativum L., fam. Apiaceae.

Action: carminative, stomachic, bactericidal, expectorant, aromatic.

Application: traditionally flatulence, colic – especially in children, anorexia, digestive disorders, intestinal parasites, as well as spice.

Preparation: Infusion. A cup of boiling water is poured over 1 teaspoon of fruit, cover 10-15 minutes, strain and consumed at room temperature.

Administration : 2 cups / day before meal.
